Washington/Oregon Combined Christmas Party
December 3-5, 2009
It is Christmas Party time. Mark your calendar and plan to join us December 3-5 at the Polynesian Resort, Ocean Shores, WA.
Thursday, December 3rd, early arrivals.
Social hour Penthouse 4:00-5:30
Dinner suggestion, Mariah’s for the Senior Special
Friday, December 4th

Dinner at the Elks Club
No host bar 5:30-6:00
Saturday, December 5th

Banquet at Mariah’s 6:00

Special entertainment in Conference room follows the banquet. Please bring a festive snack for the social hour, (beverage will be provided), an unwrapped toy for the Elks toy drive, a Christmas cookie. This may be home made and it should be wrapped (this will be used for the Mrs. Wright activity).
There is a free Continental breakfast Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning.
There is a hot tub, a games area and a pool. Lots of fun things can be planned. (Walks on the beach, kite flying even golf). Bring your voices for some caroling and bring your Christmas spirit because we are going to have a lot of fun and start the season off right.
